Response

Could we send responses when the user is inactive for a certain time (e.g. 30mins.) ?

You may make use of our agenda function if you would like to send responses when the user is inactive for a certain time. Please click here for more detail.

How can I switch the chatbot language?

You may setup response in different locales with the following procedure:

  1. Head to "Settings" on the top panel

  2. Select "Language and Region"

  3. Select "+ Language Group" and choose your desired languages.

  4. Select the button next to the selection box to "save".

  5. You may now change the locale in each response and add the corresponding language content.

Can we preview a URL in a WhatsApp text response?

Yes, you may head to "Response" and select "Text" in the message type dropdown menu. Finally,toggle on the preview URL button.

Please note that you may only apply the preview function on WhatsApp.

After I have clicked the greeting button on Web Chat, there is no response from the chatbot. Why is that?

If you would like to have responses after clicking the greeting button, please set up a global node with a payload trigger "GET_STARTED" and then redirect to the tree node with your greeting response.
