Channels Overview
I guess you have now finished creating your chatbot and are ready to roll it out live. Go to Channel section to finish a few more simple steps to make your chatbot public.
Create Channel
Each channel can connect chatbot with one platform. You can simply choose your desired platform for deployment. Currently, we support self-deployment to Facebook only. Deployment to other platforms please contact us for further help.
Connect Facebook Page
Log into your Facebook account to grant managerial rights for Stella to access your pages. Then, select the Facebook page that you want to connect to and click "Subscribe".
Set Persistent Menu
Set your Get Started button and Persistent Menu button for your chatbot. Get Started button is a must while Persistent Menu button is not necessary. Set the menu as you like.
Configure Trees & Nodes
Rolling down to the Configuration section, add your created trees and all global nodes to activate the chatbot.
OK, you're all set now. Have fun playing your chatbot!
You should always separate testing and production environment into two different channels.
