Where can I check the number of users who are subscribed to my chatbot?
You may head to "Dashboard" and head to the Users section.
You will be able to check the total number of active or new users.
Where can I check the analytics labeling data I set in each nodes?
You may head to "Dashboard" and head to the Analytics section. In there, you will see the number of "count" and "unique count" under each category/action/label.
"Count" refers to the number of interaction in the corresponding node.
"Unique count" refers to the number of users who has interacted in the corresponding node.
Is it possible to count the number of the messages sent or received on WhatsApp?
You may select the "Dashboard" on the top panel and head to the WhatsApp Analytics section.
From there, you may check the number of messages sent from chatbot.
What is analytics?
Analytics is a function which counts the number of times when users pass through a node. As a result, by creating analytics with“Category”, “Action” and “Label” on any nodes, you may classify and segmentise the user journey on Stella. You may visualise the analytic data on the “Dashboard” on Stella for your future marketing strategy development.
