Do we need to save the WhatsApp number before sending message to the business account?

It is not necessary to save the number for sending messages to any WhatsApp number, you may send messages via wa.me link (https://wa.me/{WhatsApp number with country code}, i.e. https://wa.me/85268227287).

My WhatsApp chatbot suddenly has no response, where can I check the Health Status of the WhatsApp Client?

You could check the Health Status for your WhatsApp server in the Platform section of Channel. Please contact Support if it is disconnected.

Could we make sure the Message Sequence sent in WhatsApp according to our message order?

We could not fix the sending sequence as currently WhatsApp does not provide a way for us to ensure the message send in your sending order if you send out few messages at the same time.

What is a green tick on WhatsApp?

We offer a complimentary one-time application for each of your WhatsApp number every 12-month subscription. Note that WhatsApp business verification is currently limited to a small number of businesses participating in a pilot program.

Could I still use WhatsApp Messenger App and WhatsApp Business App?

Once the number is registered with API, you will not be able to register the same number for any WhatsApp Apps.
