Zendesk Deployment

Connecting Zendesk Channel

  1. Select "Channels" at the top menu bar.

  2. Click "+ New Channel".

  3. Name your new channel and select Zendesk as your deployment platform and then click "Connect".

  1. Fill in your Zendesk Domain, log into your Zendesk account and grant access to Stella. After that, you should be able to see the Access Token.

  1. Click Get Connection Token and copy the generated Connection Token.

  1. Head to your Zendesk Marketplace and locate Stella Live Chat Module.

  1. Install the module.

  1. After that, head to your Zendesk Admin panel and locate "Channel Integrations" under "CHANNELS".

  1. Edit "Stella" channel and head to "Accounts".

  1. Select "Add account" and then paste the Connection Token to submit.
  1. Pair up your inlet and outlet channel. For details, please click here.

  2. Your app is now connected to Zendesk! 🎉🎉 You can start building your bot in the Bot Builder workspace.

You should always separate testing and production environments into two different Zendesk channels.
