Standard Procedures (WhatsApp) Overview
This Standard Procedure will show you a step-by-step guideline on building your chatbot on WhatsApp. It will also highlight the tips that you should pay attention to during your chatbot building journey.
Level One - Register A WhatsApp Business Account
To get started, you must prepare a WhatsApp Business account (WABA) first. You can get it ready through any one of the official WhatsApp business partner. The second step is to connect it on Stella.
Level Two - Build Your WhatsApp Chatbot
In this section, you would learn how to build a booking chatbot on WhatsApp, and view the booking record in the Datasource.
Level Three - Deployment & Maintenance
